Collateral Standards Guideline
A department within Travelers noticed a major lack of consistency in the
collateral materials that were being produced internally. Standards were developed and applied to all printed materials from that point forward. All relevant issues were covered, including color, typefaces, imagery and logo placement. The imagery guidelines delineated the grid in which all photographs of illustrations were to be placed and sized. These guidelines are currently being applied in eight other departments.*
